Welcome to La Pregunta Pickleball Store, your premier destination for all pickleball articles in Puerto Rico! Founded by CEO Daniel Desa in December 2022, our store emerged from a genuine passion for the sport and a vision to meet the growing demand for quality pickleball equipment on the island.

Evolution of the Sport
Witnessing the evolution of pickleball and recognizing the increasing necessity for high-quality paddles, Daniel Desa embarked on a journey to establish the first online pickleball store in the country. La Pregunta Pickleball Store was born out of a desire to provide Puerto Ricans with easy access to top-notch pickleball gear.

A Humble Beginning
La Pregunta started its journey with a singular focus, exclusively featuring Vulcan Pickleball. However, fueled by Daniel's dedication and the overwhelming support of our clients, we quickly expanded our offerings.

Today, La Pregunta is proud to be an authorized dealer of seven prominent pickleball brands: Joola, Gearbox, ProXr, CRBN, Selkirk, Diadem and Vulcan. This diversification ensures that our customers have a wide array of choices, catering to various playing styles and preferences.

FAQ

What is your return policy?

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
